Five clear steps from choice to dispatch.
Every participating product page shows its price, production condition and estimated dispatch date before you place an order. Conditional batches also show their target, live count and closing date.
Pay half of the pre-order price at checkout.
For eligible pre-order boards, the AUD $50 incentive is applied first, then the reduced pre-order price is divided into two equal payments.
Your initial payment reserves the board.
A successfully paid conditional order joins its published batch count; a confirmed pre-order requires no minimum quantity.
We confirm production and your final amount.
Before dispatch, we send a separate secure request for the remaining 50% and confirmed shipping charge.
Complete the balance before dispatch.
Your board is dispatched after the remaining balance clears. Delivery timing remains an estimate and is updated as production and freight progress.

The threshold is displayed on each product page. Sizes and colours can contribute together where the campaign is defined as a shared model or range batch.

Glacier Blue is now in stock, with dispatch within 1 business day after successful full payment. CoastGo is estimated for 30 October 2026; conditional pre-orders for 30 November 2026.

Campaign closes
Initial-payment, non-refunded orders are checked against the published target.
Production starts
Once production is confirmed in writing, estimated dispatch is approximately six weeks later. AURA communicates progress and any timing updates.
Pay the remaining balance
A secure request shows the remaining 50%, confirmed shipping charge and payment due date before the board is dispatched.
At the closing date
One target. Two clear outcomes.
You will not be left wondering whether the order is proceeding. AURA communicates the batch result after the campaign closes.
Your board moves into production.
AURA confirms the batch, places the production order and provides progress updates towards the estimated dispatch date.
Your order is cancelled and the initial payment is fully refunded.
The 50% initial payment is returned to the original payment method. No remaining balance or shipping charge is requested.
Two-stage pre-orders remain subject to the published campaign terms, AURA PADDLE policies and Australian Consumer Law. Payment processing time for a refund can vary by financial institution.

Yes. Yoga Cruiser Matte Sandstone, Eucalyptus Green and Coral White, plus Angler Fishing and Touring Performance, contribute to the shared 50-board target. Glacier Blue is in stock and is not part of the pre-order batch.
Is the AUD $50 incentive already included?
Yes, where shown for eligible pre-order boards. The product page displays the reduced pre-order price and the standard price before checkout.
When do I pay?
You pay 50% of the pre-order price when ordering. Before dispatch, AURA sends a separate secure request for the remaining 50% and confirmed shipping charge. The original payment method is not charged automatically.
Are the dispatch dates guaranteed?
No. Once production is confirmed in writing, estimated dispatch is approximately six weeks later. The dates shown on individual product pages are current estimates. If a conditional target is reached early, production and dispatch may be brought forward; timing may also change if production or freight conditions change. We will keep affected customers updated, and transit time begins after dispatch.
What if I change my mind and cancel my pre-order?
You may cancel within 48 hours of the successful initial payment for a full refund. For a conditional pre-order, you may also cancel for a full refund after that period until AURA PADDLE confirms production in writing. Once production has been confirmed or the order has been placed with the manufacturer, change-of-mind cancellation is not available. Confirmed pre-orders with no minimum quantity have the 48-hour cancellation period only. This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Which pre-orders have no minimum?
All three CoastGo colours are confirmed pre-orders and do not depend on a production target. Yoga Cruiser Glacier Blue is in stock and paid in full at checkout.
